Basically, there is no central plot on this board. Members have their own plots with characters. It may not be what some are used to, but I personally find it less constricting. Almost anything goes here, with scenes rated G to PG-13. Scenes involving sex, drugs, alcohol, pregnancy, all things that can happen here, as well as murder and abuse. In such situations, we ask that you place a warning before your scene. Sometimes there will be more fantasy elements, such as ghosts sending dreams to characters.
The roleplay posts are separated into two groups: Post-by-Post, and Solo. In post-by-post, more than one member takes part in a specific scene. In solo, anyone can post scenes that they write either themselves, or with the assistance of other members on Instant Messenger. For example, I post scenes of Danil and Parker, Parker written by Marsha, and written on AOL IM. I would copy and paste the scene and post it under Solo scenes. However, if Marsha and I write on the board, then we post in Post-By-Post.
Usually, we try to organize scenes by month and year (example, July, 2010). However, it doesn't mean that you have to stop posting in it once July turns to August. You can write scenes as long as you want, taking place whenever you wish, so long as you don't end up in two places at once.
Overall, we try not to restrict people's creativity here. However, we humbly request that you do a little research before you do something plot-wise that you don't really have experience with. We can help you by giving you resources and commenting on your plot if you are not comfortable with it.
